ONLINE CHECK-IN simplifies the procedures for entering the hotel. You will no longer have to face waiting at the front desk and you will be able to access the room directly
This service available on the website is not compulsory and does not involve additional costs.
You can decide whether to use it during the opening hours of the front desk or choose it only during the closing hours.
How does it work? EASY! Follow the steps below
- Once the reservation has been made, you will receive a confirmation or Pre-Stay email with a link to access the CECK-IN ONLINE service. Will be required: their personal data (and those of any guests); To upload documents and credit card; To accept the privacy conditions and the authorization to pay by credit card.
All from a PC, Tablet or a Phone.
- Once the form has been filled in, our program will check the data and files and you will receive a code that will allow you to collect the card from the KEY BOX (check your email) and then enter in the hotel in full autonomy.
- Credit card details will always be requested and will then be used for payment on the day of CHECK-IN.
- The cancellation conditions are not subject to any change and remain the same as agreed at the time of booking (made with the Hotel or with other partners such as Booking.com or Expedia or others).
- In case of refusal to authorize payment by loaded credit card or in case of failure to send the requested documents or if the data entered is incorrect or incomplete, the ONLINE CHECK-IN will not take place.
