HOTEL FORMULA
Hotel Formula rates are per day per person, in double room, including breakfast and daily linen change.
Not included: Use of the kitchenette (additional 10.00 per day, if any). Meals and drinks, if any, transfers from and to Olbia Port or Airport.
Use of kitchenette: minimum of 3 consecutive days.
N.B. kitchenware, fridge and kitchenette must be left perfectly clean on departure, otherwise 50.00 will be charged in addition to the price of the stay.
Additional charge for single room: periods A and B 40%, periods C - D - E - F 50%.
Discounts: 3rd bed for child (3/12 years) 50%, 3rd bed for adult (13 and older) in Standard Room and Junior Suite 30%, 3rd/4th bed in Suite and Top Suite 30%, 5th/6th bed in Suite and Top Suite 50%.
Children: free of charge if under 3 years of age. Crib or small bed on request (when booking) at 30.00 per week or 15.00 per single day. No extra charge if brought by the guest, but in this case bed linen will not be provided.
Check-in: rooms available from 15:00. Check-out by 10:00 on day of departure
RESIDENCE FORMULA
Residence Formula rates refer to the weekly rental of the apartments within the facility and include welcome bath set, water, gas and electricity consumption, house cleaning and weekly change of bed and bath linen.
Not included: house cleaning on departure in the Residence Formula ( 40.00 for Standard Rooms and Junior Suites and 45.00 for Suites and Top Suites), meals and drinks, if any, transfers from and to Olbia Port or Airport.
N.B. kitchenware, fridge and kitchenette must be left perfectly clean on departure, otherwise 50.00 will be charged in addition to the price of the stay.
Additional house cleaning: 35.00 for single-room apartments, 40.00 for two-room apartments.
Additional bath linen set: 10.00 per person. Additional bed linen set at 10.00 per person.
Children: Crib or small bed on request (when booking) at 30.00 per week or 15.00 per single day. No extra charge if brought by the guest, but in this case bed linen will not be provided.
Breakfast service: 5.00 per person if ordered on a daily basis, 3.00 per person if ordered for the entire stay.
Check-in: apartments available from 15:00. Check-out by 10:00 on day of departure. Please notify the booking office if you expect to arrive later than 20:00
MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES
Hiring of boats, scooters, quads, cars, bikes.
Hiring of sun umbrellas and beach towels.
Excursions on horseback, on foot, by inflatable boat, mountain bike, or quad.
Diving centre in the vicinity of the Hotel.
Equipped wharf 200 metres from the Hotel with launching and beaching service.
Babysitting service on request.
Pets admitted on request when booking (damages, if any, will be estimated and paid for on the premises), 30.00 will be charged to the guest for additional cleaning of the room or apartment. Shuttle service from and to Olbia airport/port, 55.00 per person one way (minimum 2 people). Extra charge for night service from 22:00 to 06:00 +10%.
Sea shuttle service for the islands of the La Maddalena archipelago. Pay service.
Road shuttle service for the beaches of the islands of La Maddalena, Giardinelli and Caprera. Pay service.
Air and sea ticket service with home delivery of tickets.
Shower room at the guests disposal at 10.00 per person including bath towel and bath set.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Bookings will have to be confirmed by e-mail or fax and by deposit equal to 30% of the total price of the stay, to be paid by money order or bank transfer. Balance to be settled on arrival by credit card or in cash.
- In case of age discounts, guests will be required to present an ID document on arrival at the facility. Should the age in the document differ from the age stated when booking, the price of the stay will be recalculated according to the current price-list.
- For early departures the guest will be required to pay 50% of the amount due for the remaining days.
- In case of cancellation the following terms will apply: from 21 to 9 days before arrival at the Hotel, 30% of the deposit paid will be withheld; from 9 to 4 days before arrival at the Hotel, 50% of the deposit paid will be withheld; from 3 days to no show, 100% of the deposit paid will be withheld.

- 2 WEEK STAYS 10% discount (excluding period from 05/08 to 18/08);
- JUST MARRIED SPECIAL 10% discount (valid for all periods);
- SENIOR SPECIAL 10% discount (over 60 years of age valid for all periods);
- BOOKING 3 MONTHS IN ADVANCE 15% discount (valid for all periods);
- GUESTS TRAVELLING BY MOTORBIKE OR BIKE 5% discount (valid for all periods);
Discounts, packages and special offers are not cumulative.
