HOTEL FORMULA
Rates in the Hotel formula are per person per day, and include accommodation in a double room, breakfast and daily change of towels and linen.
Rates do not include:
- The using of the kitchenette ( supplement of 8,00 euros per day);
- Meals and Drinks;
- Transfer to and from Olbia airport and harbour;
Single Room supplement:
- periods A and B 40%;

periods C – D – E – F 50%;
Reductions:
- children up to 2 years-old do not pay;
- 3rd bed for children (3/12 years) 50%;
- 3rd bed adults (over 13 years) in Standard and Junior Suite 30%;
- 3rd/4th bed in Suite and Top suite 30%;
- 5th and 6th bed in Suite and Top suite 50%;
Children:

Children up to 2 years-old do not pay:
- Cot or small bed, upon request (at the moment of booking), 15,00 euros per day. There is no supplement if the cot is brought with by the Guest. In this case bed-linen for it will not be provided.
RESIDENCE FORMULA
Rates in the Residence Formula do include: the weekly rent of the Suite within the Hotel, a welcoming set of towels for the bathroom, hot and cold water costs, gas, electricity, the weekly change of towels and linen and the garbage removal from bins.
Rates do not include:
- The final cleaning service in the Residence Formula ( 35,00 euros for Standard and Junior Suite- 40,00 euros for Suite and Top Suite);
- Meals and Drinks;
- Transfer to and from Olbia airport and harbour;
Note that: all the kitchenware, crockery, utensils and cooker must be left perfectly clean on the day of departure. Otherwise, 35,00 euros will be added to the final bill.
Children:
- Cot or small bed, upon request (at the moment of booking), 15,00 euros per day. There is no supplement if the cot is brought with by the Guest. In this case bed-linen for it will not be provided.
RESTAURANT
H/B:
- € 20,00 in June and September;
- € 22,00 in July;
- € 26,00 in August;
Rates of the Restaurant refer to a meal for one person and include first course, second course and vegetables.
Drinks are not included.
No discounts available.
SERVICES
- Rental service : boats, scooters, cars, bicycles;
- Tours: by horse, by foot, by boat;
- Diving: Diving Center located 100mt away from the Hotel;
- Landing-Stage : equipped, located 200mt away from the Hotel. Launch and haulage possibility;
- Baby-sitting service: upon request;
- Animals: admitted upon request, at booking moment (any possible damage will be estimated and paid for in loco), final disinfestation of the room or apartment will be on the Guest charge 30,00 euros;
- Shuttle service: to and from Olbia airport/harbour;
- Naval shuttle service: to the islands of La Maddalena Archipelago;
- Ticket office: for ferries and airplanes, with home-delivery of tickets;
DISCOUNTS
- TWO WEEK HOLIDAYS 10% discount (excluded period between 5/8 and 18/8);
- SPECIAL NEWLYWEDS 10% discount + a nice homage (valid for all periods);
- SPECIAL THIRD AGE 12% discount (over 60 - valid for all periods);
- 3 MONTHS ADVANCED BOOKINGS 15% discount (valid for all periods);
- FOR BIKE / MOTORBIKE TRAVELLERS 10% discount (valid for all periods);
