La Maddalena

Maddalena Island is the largest island of the Maddalena Archipelago, the other main islands being Caprera, Santo Stefano, Budelli, Santa Maria, Razzoli and Spargi. 
The archipelago also includes numerous other islets and reefs, and stretches from northern Sardinia to the Emerald Coast. The town of La Maddalena overlooks the sea strait facing Palau and is just a few miles away from nearby Corsica.
